Periwinkle Size 4 Dress

Romwe pale blue casual formal dress. I bought this from Savers and it doesn’t fit, and I lost the receipt so I can’t return it. I also didn’t see the stains when I purchased it. The stains are probably fixable but I don’t have the time especially for something that doesn’t fit me. Make an offer, I mainly just want to get it off of my hands.
