Beautiful rose headband made up of layers of powdery periwinkle chiffon, vintage lace, and satin petals with a cluster of freshwater pearls in the center. White scalloped elastic lace band. Soft felt backing. I had a small business making headbands, bows, and accessories when my daughter was a baby. This is leftover stock from that time. NEW.
