Periwinkle bridesmaid dress altered to prom dress worn twice

Periwinkle Roberta bridal bridesmaid dress. Originally strapless. Flexible boning and the tulle isn’t itchy at all. Added on ribbon straps with pearl wedding ribbon, can be easily removed with a seam ripper. Some small pills (shown in photos). Floral fabric could probably also be removed easily. No size tag but I wore it when I was a perfect size 18 and it fit amazing.
