Periwinkle puffed sleeved blouse with embroidery

This blouse has cute details. The tag is confusing but I think it's polyester in the main part and the embroidery is cotton/spandex. There is no stretch. The pit to pit measurement is 19 inches. The measurement from the shoulder to the bottom hem is 23 inches. There is some pilling inside and outside (pictured). Thanks for shopping my closet and let me know if you have questions.
