Are the sleeve length a true l5 inches, or is it a 3 quarter length sleeve? are the sleeves very short, because my sleeve is 25 inches, is there room to let out the sleeves if they are very short?

hi. The jacket has a full length sleeve. The measurement from the pit to the cuff is 15 3/4. The measurement from the shoulder to the cuff is 22". There is a 2" hem on the cuff. I just tried it on and the sleeve length fits me perfectly!
