Persian Lamb and Mink late 60s/early 70s winter coat (LVK)

This smashing late 1960s or early 1970s black Persian lamb and brown mink fur coat has an amazing shape, wide collar and sleeves and a leather belt with tapered tips. This is one hot coat and what your ultra cool mom or grandma would have worn, but her mom would never wear it. Persian lamb leather/fur body, mink collar and leather details, trim and belt. Has a pocket on each side. From the Boston Store. In overall good to well loved condition. She has a lot of life left in her but needs a little TLC to be an everyday winter coat. Notes and conditions: small seam tear on right shoulder and in right armpit, both on seams and repairable. Various spots on the lamb fur that are shiny or smooth, often on edges, near seams or frequently touched points, a characteristic peculiar to Persian lamb. One hook/loop is loose. Measurements: Small to slender Medium. sleek profile.. Inside lining is in good shape. The belt is looped through the coat on the inside so the back is a smooth line while the front is fitted by the cinched belt. Shoulder to shoulder seam in back is 23” Cinched belt on fastened coat is 35” Loose belt but hooked closure is 38” Bust measurement under arm is 36” when closed Sleeve flare is nearly 10” Shoulder to armpit is 10” Length is 29/30” Laid flat armpit to armpit measurement is 20/21”. Please note this jacket has a fairly wide and open neck collar area.. The jacket might allow for a more modern bust size but a 36” or less ribcage.
