Excellent preowned condition. Blouse from a company called Perspective is made in Ireland. The fabric tag is unreadable, but it is believed it is silk-like polyester. Top is sleeveless, but has double ruffles at shoulders a ruffle in the front and ribbons gathered on the bodice with a bow as in neck. Neckline is a mock turtle and ruffles are trimmed in ivory.
