Peruvian Connection dress

Knee-length dress made from 100% Pima cotton. Says medium on tag but fits tight like a small. Small hole in back (see photo) and tag is torn. Unsure what original price might have been, was given as a gift, but similar styles on website run in the $100-200 range. Make an offer!
