Peruvian silver-tone statement bib necklace and matching hand-chain

This bib style statement necklace is new with tags from Ten Thousand Villages, and organization that sources fair trade products around the globe. The stones are cold to the touch. There is a matching bracelet hand-chain to accompany it, however, it no longer has a tag. Necklace is 16 inches at the smallest, with extension to 18. Bracelet is 7 inches with a little room due to extender.
