Petal + Pup One Shoulder Tie Blouse

The most adorable little top for spring, summer, bridal and more. The tie looks really sweet on the one strap but also as a waist bow. There are a few couple faint marks on the front (pictured) that I haven’t tried to remove. Price reflects! Cute ruffle at waistline and subtle checkered texture. There’s also a side zip for such a flattering fit.
