Reposhing this item I purchased from @chelseaselland. It’s SO cute but I never got around to wearing it.
Chest is 11” when not stretched. It is ribbed material so it stretches comfortably to about 15”. The waist is about 12” and stretches comfortably to about 14”.

@khicks80 sorry for the late response! Chest is 11” when not stretched. It is ribbed so it stretches comfortably to about 15”. The waist is about 12” and stretches comfortably to about 14”.
