Petal and Pup Anabelle Halter Neck Midi Dress XL in Teal

NWT - Gorgeous dress - just not the shade for me EXCEPTIONAL drape, comfortable collar. Not snug at all around neck. This is a longer midi length. Total length from shoulder is 55”. Please see all pics for details. SIZING- THIS IS REALLY A TRUE 14 (NOT 16 as Target categorizes) I am in between Large / XL The Large fit perfectly on top but just a tad snug in hip area. XL gave me a bit more room - but not huge
