Petalo Cotton & Spandex Belt Dress ModCloth Retro

Brand: Petalo ~ purchased from ModCloth ~ I purchased it a few years ago for myself. It arrived un-hemmed so I took it to the tailor for hemming. When I got it back I tried it on and decided it was not a style for me. I never wore it. I put it aside and just found it in the closet. Off it goes. Please note the measurements. I normally wear a large/XL. This measures more like a large. Size: 1X-Large Approximate Measurements: Armpit to armpit 20” & shoulder to hem length 35”.
