Peter Martin button down vest size small

Women’s Peter Martin button down vest small. Has plastic tag that connects extra buttons. Original price tag is missing. Was never worn, was in the closet & had water damage, very hard to see brown spots on the vest in many different areas, I could not capture all of them as the listing does not allow. I did not try to wash it because I didn’t want to remove the buttons from the shirt. Not sure if this will wash out. It may be rust from closet pipes exploding or just water damage, not sure.
