scooterblu @sexylady48 Hi, thanks for your inquiries! The blouse is slip-on style, V neck. (Slip over your head, not open on the front). I’m including a picture of the sleeve measurement… please compare it to blouses you have that fit well. If you need a measurement at another point on the sleeve, please let me know.
