Peter Nygard women’s black/white shorty jacket

Peter Nygard women’s short jacket. Black and white with fringes around the collar/cuffs/bottom. Beautiful buttons on the front (as well as on the pickets). This has a bit of bling in the material. Nor new with tags but in excellent/perfect condition as it was worn once or twice. This jacket is gorgeous and will make the difference between being dressed and being DRESSED!!! :-)
