Peter Pan Pleated Dress

So cute and chic, great quality with double layering, sadly too short and tight around the chest for me. Darn UK sizing! It says 10 but I would say this is a small/4. (I am 5’8”, 36C, 135 lbs, 27” waist, between a size 4 and 6 depending on brand for reference).
