Peter Pan collared sleeveless polka dot navy dress, size S. This dress has a 1950s vibe and the skirt is lined. There's a cute bow tucked under the Peter Pan collar. The waist is elastic and it can fit XS and S. Measures approximately 34.5 inches from shoulder to hem. The material feels like satin, but it's polyester and super easy to wash. I love this dress, but it hasn't made it out of my closet this summer, so it's time to find it a new home.
