Peter Pan cut-out Blouse (sheer, pink)

Selling this pink blouse with cute, detailed cut outs around the neck. In great condition. Puff short sleeves with button detail on sleeve and button around the back of neck. Originally bought at Saks Off the 5th (brand name is illegible on the tag unfortunately). Blouse is sheer. Blouse is a size Large but it fits more like a medium, especially around the arm (not much give in the short sleeve)
