Peter Pilotto x Target Flower/Stripe Dress size 8

Peter Pilotto for Target floral and striped pattern short sleeved dress. Skirt is flowy and sightly shorter in the front than in the back. Sheer black inside lining. Zipper and hook and eye closure in back. Excellent condition. The stitching on the inside lining is coming apart slightly in the armpits (see last two photos), though it is not noticeable on the outside of the dress. Does not come with belt (as shown in the stock photo). Colors: red, blue, black, white
