Peter Som for Target Striped Romper

This striped romper by Peter Som is so adorable and easy to wear. It has an elastic waist and back zipper. Waist is 13.5” unstretched and can stretch up to 15”. Length is just under 31” but I hand hemmed the bottom so the hemming can be easily cut and the hem will drop an extra inch.
