Petite Mendigote- Claudia Skirt- 38

NWOT The Claudia skirt in Marnier Black by Petite Mendigote is a cute mini skirt with a flounce trim at the bottom and an asymmetrical shirring in the front. It is lined and has a side zipper. The fabric does not have stretch. The print has a black base with creme vines. The flowers have red and yellow touches. It has never been worn. The skirt fits like a small size 38 (6) closer to a size 36 (4). I am a true size 38 and this is a little too snug on me.
