These shoes are women's slippers produced for Petite Plume by the company ChildrenChic. They are a women's European 38. These run small as I would normally wear a 7.5 but they are too small for me. It may help to view the sizing chart on Petite Plume's web site or to look at their product descriptions. These, of course, could be worn by youth. Let me know if you need specific measurements.
