Petite Pomme dress size 28 months

This boutique dress features red, white and blue gingham colors with white ric rac trim and matching diaper bloomers. This beautiful dress has never been worn, but I took the tags off. It has a blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester. The chest is 11” across and it is 19” long. Size 28 months, from my smoke free, pet friendly home.
