Petite Royal Blue sweater with cowl neck with buttons and elbow length sleeves

This bold sweater is super soft and in perfect condition. I may have worn it a couple of times but can not remember. It is fairly wrinkle resistant. The gold and blue buttons on the collar make for a perfect accent. Could be vintage, but not sure Top is 100% acrylic Size Petite Small and true to size.
