Petite Sophisticate Retro Fit & Flare Party/Cocktail Dress, Size 2P

Fun, flattering fully lined vintage party dress from Petite Sophisticates. Size 2P. Bustier style top with stays on both sides for structure. Top is padded so you don't need to wear a bra. Fun straps that tie around the neck (see photos for detail of straps). There is a strip of crinoline along the inside border of the skirt hem that gives just the right amount of fulness. Worn just a few times; very good condition; only issue is that there are small spots on each side under the armpits from the metal hanger, so probably rust (see last two photos). These marks are hardly visible, but I don't know if they can be removed.
