Reposhing this item I purchased from @hhebert510. Love it, but too short for me. I never wore ! Good for a 5'1 to 5'3 girl :) I'm 5'4 but it doesn't hit the floor, ankle length on me. Previous posher laundered it. Such a bright awesome summer maxi!

@morganxobrooks without stretching the smocked bodice it is 11 1/2 flat
but it stretches out to approximately 18" . I haven't worn the dress ever, since too short on me
