Petite size 12 near black to grey white flower dress. NWT. Mesh outer

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thebaum66. Loved it, but wasn’t quite right for me Soft fabrics. Under skirt has a slim crinoline to help the dress flare a little. The only damage I saw was one belt loop is loose. Has a black satin tie belt included. Measurements approximately flat Pit to pit 19 inches Waist 16.5 inches Length 43 inches Questions?
