Petite sleeveless dress in light blue 100% silk

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jeanetteruby. Loved it, but I had my seamstress shortened the hem by 4 inches and it’s just a little too short for me (I’m 5’ 5”) This is a great dress for someone 5’ 1” or below, or a gorgeous tunic for taller folks! Questions? Leave a comment below!
