@skippii I never was sure, but based on the bubbling, I believe they are like lava stones that have been lacquered, colored and smoothed. we have several lava fields in New Mexico and it's not unusual to have jewelry made from it here. It is not heavy, fairly lightweight and measures 31.5 inches from clasp to clasp.
