Phanuel Anthropologie blue sheer medium romper with 3/4 sleeves, elastic waistband. 100% polyester. Approximate flat measurements: 20" bust, 19" sleeves, 32" full length, 12" waist, 18" fully stretched waistband, 12" inseam, 12.5" out seam, 13" width of thigh opening/hem. 2 faded white stains that appear to be discoloration of the material but blend in and not too noticeable.
