Phase Eight jersey dress red poppies US 10

Phase Eight stretch jersey, 3/4 sleeve gathered bust mid-length dress covered in red poppies. It come to just below the knees on me (5'7"). I bought this to wear to my 40th birthday and that was the one and only time it's been worn! It's been languishing in my closet and now it doesn't fit =( It has been washed. It's really flattering if you have a large bust like me! (32 GG). Great for spring with a pair of boots! Non-smoking, but cat friendly house.
