Made in California, USA mint green, pink and purple flowers on a white background great condition, no flaws light weight layered dress with a square neck line and puff sleeves elastic at waist, along neckline and on sleeve cuffs so delicate and lovely I don't see a size tag on this dress, but the dress form is a size 4/ small and it fits nicely with some room.
