Phase Seven brand - Sleeveless, lightweight and stretchy dress that zips up on the back. Notice the tiered horizontal material across the front. Lower part of the dress is flowy. Colors are blues, reds, black, pink and green. Great condition. I measure armpit to armpit 22 1/2" and shoulder to hem 41".
