Philanthropy (Apparel with purpose) Dress size XS

Brand new with tags Philanthropy (Apparel with Purpose) designer dress. This design has small ripped on the seam of the arms and the bottom dress (see pictures) and also by the neckline area which makes it very unique. Size XS I purchased this from Nordstrom a year ago.
