Philip lim 3.1 blouse

Gorgeous blouse with a corset like detail on the bust. Has a side zipper. It has never been worn but has two small marks as pictured while being stored in my closet. I believe the back is a faint makeup mark. On the front is a light pink tint not sure what that is but maybe can come out with cleaning?
