Philippe Venet vintage beautiful bright floral blouse. This was my favorite top back in the 90’s sadly it no longer fits. It needs to be worn because it is just that gorgeous. The flowers are large scale and almost neon. The shirt is woven perhaps an organza. I hate to sell it but it can not hide in my closest anymore. I hope you love it as much as I did. There are two fabric runs on one of the sleeves, and other in the front. see close-up. Size labeled is a 12 but it is a small. Measurements are approximate.
