Phillip Lim Target Blouse

I have LOVED this blouse. It's so easy to dress up a pair of pants or skirt, or wear over a dress and tie it at the waist. It's versatile, and It's in pristine condition. This is an XS but fits more like a Small. I'm typically a small/medium and this fit perfect.
