Phillip Lim Wool and silk short dress S

Reposhing this item I purchased from @lidiascloset653. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I got a small snag in it (see last 2 pics). Priced accordingly. Could probably be fixed by a seamstress, or you could just starch the ruffle up to completely hide it. Not very noticeable. Silk lining and wool empire bottom fabric! Questions? Leave a comment below!
