Phillip Lim for Target top

Remember when Phillip Lim did this collection for Target in 2013? I loved the designs and fabric! I bought this gorgeous sleeveless top to wear with a black skirt and pants. I would wear it forever due to its timeless style, but it's a bit tight for me now. someone is going to get lucky! It's in excellent condition!
