Paper bag waste, with three belt loops. super cute Navy background with maroon, green and yellow pattern. The bottoms are cuffed with a coordinating pattern. The pants are sized at a large, 12 to 14, which makes me believe that they are a youth size. I could very much see them fitting someone who is a size extra small, 0 in women's. Please see the measurements before purchasing. I really wanted these pants to fit, but I couldn't get them over my hips. 😫.
