Philosophy Midi/ Mini Lace Skirt

Good condition, slightly pleaded, polyester material. Size XS. High waist fit. Length: 19 inches long (just above midi length) The bottom 7 inches is see through black lace. 🖤 Didn’t realized I purchased it with slightly faulty elastic waist band (you can compare in photos provided and see that the left side has a little less elastic. Almost feels like it’s a little bit twisted but very minor issue). Elastic is not stretched out and functions well. Let me know if I can answer any questions! ✨
