Philosophy Polka Dot Pencil Skirt

Philosophy black pencil skirt with white/pink/tan polka dots. Zip back enclosure with a hook and eye. Features a vent at the back bottom of the skirt. Size 2. Waist is ~26” (with a stretch waist band) and the length is ~23.5”. Like new, worn a couple of times but no flaws to note.
