Philosophy Studio Jr. flower print smocked off-the-shoulder top. Extra string material on the arms to tie and adjust sleeves. Small slit in the center of the top. The band on the neckline is stretchy, so it can be worn on and off the shoulder. They pair great with white jeans or dark blue jeans. Juniors size XG (XL), but can also fit a women's size medium and large. Measurements: armpit to armpit is about 19" inches. The length is about 20" inches and the sleeve length is about 9"-9.5" inches. Pre-owned with some wear from the wash but in overall great condition.
