Philosophy floral peasant blouse

This is a black peasant style blouse with a slight floral pattern to it. It has buttons down the front and is very lightweight. Perfect with a tank under it and paired with jeans or shorts and sandals. Very beautiful top. These pictures don't do it justice!!
