Philosophy v neck, flutter sleeve blouse, size xs

•Navy blue blouse •cross over v neck w/ front pleat •fluttering cap sleeves •slightly gathered back •smoke free home In the last picture there are two spots on the front of the blouse. They are difficult to see unless you are right up close (& even then you have to squint a bit) but they are there! Also, please note white stitching shows on the back (pic 6) where the tag is. The blouse came this way when I bought it new. Measurements: Pit to pit: 18 Length: 24” Depth of v neck: 6”
