Phish Bonus 7" Vinyl (Japanese Release) Limited Edition Colored Vinyl (Gray) Was Included with Farmhouse Vinyl Purchases via the Phish Website When ‘Farmhouse’ was prepped for release on Elektra records in May of 2000, a Japanese edition of the album was created with two bonus tracks from the sessions: “Driver” and “Mist” aka “Mountains In The Mist”. Both these compositions initially entered the live repertoire as acoustic songs with “Driver” debuted by Phish in October 1998 at the Bridge School Benefit. “Mountains In The Mist” was first introduced by Trey in May 1999 on his acoustic and electric solo tour and debuted electrically by Phish that summer in Atlanta. Working with the Japanese label East West Japan, the ‘Farmhouse’ Japanese CD was released in Japan alongside the U.S. import.
