Phoebe Couture Dress

This is a fully pleated hi-lo high neck dress. It has an empire waist and it’s fully lined. It has thin criss-cross straps on the back with a full zipper. Color is more coral to red. There is a minor rip at the bottom of the dress in the back towards the end which is barely noticeable with the pleating. Other than that it’s in great condition and fits true to size. From waistline to back bottom it measures 45”. From waistline to front bottom measures 27”. Bust measures 36”.
