Phoebe Couture dress

Super fun and vibrant Phoebe Couture dress only worn twice. The top was slightly taken it at the shoulders by a professional seamstress so as not to reveal bra straps, which is why the unnecessary lingerie straps were removed. Only worn twice but complimented many times! It’s hard to be in a bad mood in this dress 😊!
