Phoebe & Couture cocktail dress. Size 8. Silk. Line in acetate. Neck line Beaded. Keyhole in back and front. Measures 37” long. 17.5” armpit to armpit. Small discoloration by front keyhole. I got nervous to treat the silk but priced accordingly.
